BOOKING POLICY
Please review our terms of service before finalizing your request. Securing slots requires full agreement to these terms.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
To lock in your date, a non-refundable 70% initial deposit of your total order is required upon booking. This secures your specific time window. The remaining 30% balance is payable at the time of service. Deposits can be transferred to another date within one month of the original appointment. Refunds will only be issued in cases of error on our part.
Once a package has been selected, it can only be upgraded. Downgrades are not permitted.
LATE ARRIVAL FEES
We maintain a strict schedule. Each session typically lasts 1 to 2.5 hours. Please ensure you are ready at your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time are subject to a $15.00 late fee. Appointments may be cancelled after a grace period of 30 minutes to avoid delaying other clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, schedule alterations, or location adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the booked time. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within one month, or the booking and deposit will be forfeited. Last-minute cancellations will forfeit any rescheduling privileges.
