BOOKING POLICY

Please review our terms of service before finalizing your request. Securing slots requires full agreement to these terms.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

To lock in your date, a non-refundable deposit is required ($30.00 per service for standard bookings, $100.00 for bridal bookings; DIY Makeup Training requires no deposit). This secures your specific time window.

LATE ARRIVAL FEES

We maintain a strict schedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time are subject to a **$15.00 late fee**. Appointments are cancelled after 30 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations, schedule alterations, or location adjustments must be submitted at least **24 hours prior** to the booked time. Deposits remain non-refundable.

TRAVEL ASSESSMENTS

Home-service and mobile travel are subject to artist availability. Travel fees start at **$50.00** and vary depending on exact distance from standard zones.

MEDIA PROMOTION

You release rights for us to make promo content (pictures/videos) for social media.
